- 250g pasta (spaghetti or fettuccine)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
👨🍳 Instructions
- Boil pasta according to package instructions. Reserve some pasta water.
- In a pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add cream, bring to a simmer, and stir in Parmesan cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add drained pasta and toss to coat. Add pasta water to adjust consistency.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot!
