🧂 Ingredients:
- 250g paneer (cubed)
- 1/2 cup thick yogurt
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp oil
- Bell peppers and onions (cubed)
- Salt to taste
👨🍳 Instructions:
- Mix yogurt, spices, lemon juice, and oil to prepare the marinade.
- Add paneer, onions, and bell peppers to the marinade and mix gently.
- Let it sit for at least 30 minutes (longer for deeper flavor).
- Skewer the pieces and grill or bake at 200°C for 15-20 mins.
- Serve hot with mint chutney and lemon wedges.
