Paneer Tikka

Grilled cubes of marinated paneer with vegetables, packed with flavor.

👨‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Mix yogurt, spices, lemon juice, and oil to prepare the marinade.
  2. Add paneer, onions, and bell peppers to the marinade and mix gently.
  3. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes (longer for deeper flavor).
  4. Skewer the pieces and grill or bake at 200°C for 15-20 mins.
  5. Serve hot with mint chutney and lemon wedges.
