  1. Preheat oven to 220°C (430°F). Grease ramekins with butter and dust with cocoa powder.
  2. Melt chocolate and butter together over a double boiler or in the microwave.
  3. In a bowl, whisk eggs, egg yolks, and powdered sugar until thick and pale.
  4. Stir in melted chocolate mixture and vanilla extract.
  5. Fold in flour gently until just combined.
  6. Divide batter into ramekins and bake for 10–12 minutes — edges firm, center soft.
  7. Let sit for 1 minute, then invert onto plates. Serve hot with ice cream or berries!
