- 100g dark chocolate
- 100g unsalted butter
- 2 whole eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Butter and cocoa powder (for greasing ramekins)
👨🍳 Instructions
- Preheat oven to 220°C (430°F). Grease ramekins with butter and dust with cocoa powder.
- Melt chocolate and butter together over a double boiler or in the microwave.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, egg yolks, and powdered sugar until thick and pale.
- Stir in melted chocolate mixture and vanilla extract.
- Fold in flour gently until just combined.
- Divide batter into ramekins and bake for 10–12 minutes — edges firm, center soft.
- Let sit for 1 minute, then invert onto plates. Serve hot with ice cream or berries!
