- 2 chicken breasts (boneless & skinless)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Italian herbs
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
👨🍳 Instructions
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add cream and broth, simmer for 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Return chicken to pan, coat with sauce, and simmer for 2 more minutes.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
